Their mission: to craft pure, natural wines without additives, reflecting the authenticity of the terroir. Using exclusively certified organic grapes from French vineyards, they produce their unique wines in Belgium. This wine, with its lively acidity and saline notes, is fermented and aged in amphora, giving it a refined and authentic taste. Perfect to enjoy throughout a meal or on its own. Producer : La Ginestra Region : Tuscany, Italy Grape : 100% Sangiovese Alcohol content : 13% Color : Rosé Style : Light-bodied, fresh, and easy to drink Vinification : Handpicked early harvest for increased acidity. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, directly pressed, and aged for 4 months in amphora. Tasting notes : This rosé has peppery spice and tart red fruits with a refreshing acidic zip. Sant' Ellero by La Ginestra is an artisanal white wine from Tuscany that takes you to the heart of this remarkable region. This wine is a surprising blend of Trebbiano, Malvasia, and Chardonnay, where spontaneity and purity are central. Made with minimal intervention, it reveals both freshness and a soft, creamy texture, making it perfect for wine lovers seeking a unique tasting experience. Region : Tuscany, Italy Grapes : Trebbiano, Malvasia, Chardonnay, and 10% early-harvested white Sangiovese Alcohol content : 12% Serving temperature : 10-12 °C Vinification : Whole bunch pressing for 4 days, followed by aging in steel tanks. Unfiltered and with no added sulfites, it undergoes spontaneous fermentation. Tasting notes : On the nose, you'll find notes of yellow fruit, white flowers, and a subtle aroma of Malvasia, complemented by refreshing acidity.
